What's included in my Order?

Each Order comes with 10 nails. Make sure to check your size before ordering! You will also receive an Application Kit and Instructions on how to apply and remove. 

 

How can I find my Size? 

Please Refer to the nail size guide to get your correct sizing. 

 

How long will my nails last? 

1-3 Days With sticky tabs sized properly 

5-8 Days Apply a pea-sized dot of glue to each natural nail (adjust for pinkie) and a little to the back of the nails. Spread around, don’t get too close to the skin as the glue will disperse when pressure is applied.

10-12 Days Follow the Instructions on the card provided.  

 

What's comes in the Application Kit?

Each application kit comes with a mini buffer, mini nail file, nail glue, sticky tabs, cuticle pusher, alcohol wipe and mini brush.

 

What do I do if my package gets lost?

Once handed over to the carrier, Painted by Samm has no control over the packages. If the address provided was correct, contact the local post company responsible for delivering the package. 

 

Are my nails Reusable? 

Yes! Depending on how long you've worn them, and if they are still in good shape once removed, gently buff the back of the Painted by Samm nail to remove old excess glue and reapply as usual.

 

Do you accept Exchanges or offer Refunds?

Due to the nature of the products and sanitary reasons all sales are final. For this reason, please ensure you double check your order and nail size before placing your order. 

Any claims quality/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received.

 

How long does it take to Process and Ship my order?

It takes 5-14 days for your order to be processed for shipping. Please understand I only have one set of hands to paint, process, and ship the nails.
